We make everything to order—yep, from scratch. That means it can take up to two weeks before your items ship. Need it faster? Upgrade to RUSH processing (3 business days) at checkout.

Shipping Rates:
- USPS Standard Shipping (under 12 oz): $4.50
- USPS Priority Mail: $9.50+
- USPS Express Mail: $35+
- RUSH (3 biz days) + USPS Priority Mail: $31+
- RUSH (3 biz days) + USPS Priority Mail Express: $61+
Porch Pickup: Available near Oltorf & Lamar in South Austin. We’ll send instructions when your order is ready!
Handmade & Built to Last
Our leather goods are the real deal—crafted from full-grain cow hide. That means scars, marks, and all the character from the animal’s life. No flimsy, fake leather here. Each piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in our Austin studio.
Domestic Shipping
All U.S. orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Once shipped, expect 3-7 business days for delivery.
If you need it by a certain date, reach out—we’ll see if we can hustle for you.
International Shipping
International orders usually arrive within 5-15 business days, but once they leave the U.S., tracking gets tricky. Customs delays or lost packages aren’t common, but they can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, let us know and we’ll do our best to track it down.
Import Taxes: Your country might charge import fees—we don’t cover those. If your package is returned due to unpaid tariffs, we’ll refund the product price (minus shipping). No, we won’t fudge customs values. Don’t ask.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you get! If you're not happy, you can return unused items within 7 days for store credit (must be used within 30 days).
🔸 Returns must be in brand-new condition. Used items won’t be accepted.
🔸 Store credit applies to exchanges only. If your new pick costs more, you pay the difference.
🔸 Custom & special orders? Sorry, no returns.
Email us for a return authorization before sending anything back. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so pack it up carefully.
